Psychologist & Educator 

I am Aman Varma, a counseling psychologist (PGDPC) and a certified practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Somatic Therapy. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy and informed by philosophical inquiry into human suffering, meaning, and change.

Through my online courses, I focus on translating therapeutic theory into practical, usable tools that people can apply in their daily lives. Rather than offering motivational advice or surface-level strategies, I emphasize understanding psychological patterns, emotional regulation, and behavioral change at a deeper level.
